With the amount of light pollution currently affecting many areas across the UK, it’s becoming increasingly difficult and somewhat rare to witness clear night skies and stars. However Exmoor doesn't have that issue. Having recently been certified as an area that boasts ‘Dark Sky’ status, it is one of the few places in the UK where the stars can still be viewed in all their ore and splendour. Be it constellations such as Cassiopeia, Lyra, and Cygnus, Planets or amazing Galaxies such as Andromeda or the Milky Way, our Stargazing Safari is sure to dazzle you.

This Safari excursion takes visitors on a unique and exciting adventure to places with some of the darkest and light pollution free skies in the UK. Each trip sets off from the Exmoor White Horse Inn in the picturesque village of Exford and embarks on a round trip to some carefully chosen locations around the Exmoor National Park.
